Let’s get started! We offer in-person and virtual initial consultations. During this time, we want to hear your dreams and inspiration and brainstorm ideas that will make your day perfect!

After our initial wedding consultation, our design team will put together a customized plan and proposal incorporating your inspiration and ideas.

Kick-off meeting

Once your customized plan has been created, we will review the entire proposal with you. During this time, we will discuss any needed modifications or additions to perfectly plan your day.

We like to meet with all of our clients 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. During this time, we will go over all of the final details and coordination strategy.  Don’t worry – even if you have last-minute changes, we have you covered!

Who is a great fit for full service?

Our full service option is great for those brides that want one-on-one access to our design team to create custom pieces to bring their wedding day vision to life!  Everything from your bouquet to ceremony and reception pieces, we will discuss every little detail with you to ensure your day is perfect!  You will also have access to our rental inventory and our staff for all of the day-of set up and tear down.

What is available with the full service offer?

What isn’t available?!  Beyond all of your standard wedding pieces, we can work with you to design and create custom backdrop and installation pieces to make your day truly unique.  You also have access to our curated rental inventory to add all the final touches to your ceremony and reception spaces!   

Can I request specific types of flowers?

Absolutely!  While the seasonal nature of many flowers make them hard to get at certain times of the year, we will work with you to select the best of the best flowers available at any time to create your vision!  

How far in advance should I start the process?

We find that starting the full service around 12 months prior to your wedding date is ideal.  At that point, many of your wedding decisions have been made and details close to finalized.  Less guessing and changes during throughout the planning process!  That also gives us plenty of time for our planning and follow-up conversations to finalize every last detail.   

Is there a minimum requirement?

For the Chester County and surrounding suburban area, our minimum for our full service offer is $4,500.

For destinations beyond 25 miles, and including Philadelphia, our minimum is $10,000.

Is delivery and set-up included?

Yes, all of our full service weddings include delivery and set up!  We will coordinate all of your day-of delivery and set up with your planner and/or venue coordinator to ensure everything is done exactly as planned.
